New Mountain Finance Corporation is an externally managed, closed-end, non-diversified management investment company that has elected to be treated as a Business Development Company (“BDC”) under the Investment Company Act of 1940. We are publicly traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “NMFC.”

Our investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation through investments in debt securities at all levels of the capital structure, including first and second lien debt, unsecured notes and mezzanine securities. In some cases, our investments may also include equity interests.
